Develop a daily meditation practice to help reduce stress. Stress feeds cortisol, which can impact fertility.
Get in shape and reduce BMI when trying to conceive to lessen the possibility of hypertension, gestational diabetes, or blood clots.
Getting in tune with your menstrual cycle, and nourishing yourself through the full cycle, and noticing energy levels each week.
Limiting exposure to to Xenoestrogens which are endocrine disruptors and can be found in makeup, personal products, plastics, food, building supplies, and insecticides.
